NEWS: February 4, 2009 It's now February of 2009. We've had a snowy winter so far, and more is falling outside as I write this. I'm posting four pieces in this update.   Two of the pieces come from the new Groovy Tubes book, Monsters: The Hunt and Capture (outside link to Amazon). It was released by iKids in September of 2008. The first of the two is Faust, a color interior piece depicting the renaissance period German intellectual who made a deal with the devil in order to gain power and knowledge. The other is The Grim Reaper a black and white interior of the classicly morbid soul collector.   The third piece is one of 2008's Christmas card designs. The Seed Angel was based on photographic references of house sparrows milling around in Boston.   Fourth and final for this update is Corky. Corky was a retired racer and dear friend of a relative of mine. This piece was made in honor of that greyhound.
