Artist Comments: For years I've wanted a new take on the griffon idea. When I saw a coworker's 3D griffon, a regular ol' plain vanilla griffon body with brightly
colored feathers, I immediately thought of the possibilities of pushing the idea further.
Soon afterwards, I was making this guy, a griffon born from a jungle cat and a bird-of-
paradise.
