Artist Comments: Exit 5B was done, initially, as a promotional piece for Concoction, a new convention in central Missouri. As the con was the first Concoction, they
wanted something which showed emergence. Otherwise, I had complete freedom in
its creation so I did a piece that was incredibly enjoyable for me. Coming up
with this little traveler was lots of fun. He was executed on Bristol board in
"just" a basic Pilot Precise Rolling Ball pen, no fancy art pens!
